Will anyone know what I ordered?
No. The box is unmarked, the return address reads LV Fulfillment, and your statement shows LV FULFILLMENT. Nothing identifies the contents.
Are your lubricants safe with condoms?
All our water-based lubricants are condom-safe. The silicone lubricant is condom-safe too, but should not be used with silicone toys — use a water-based formula for those.
What does "electrifying" actually feel like?
A light, buzzing tingle that builds over 10–30 seconds — closer to a fizz than to heat. Start with less than you think you need; you can always add more.
Do pheromones really work?
Pheromone fragrances are cosmetic products. People describe them as adding warmth and confidence to a scent rather than producing a dramatic effect. We would rather say that plainly than promise something we cannot deliver.
Why are the instructions in Spanish?
Sen Intimo is a Colombian house and its packaging is printed in Spanish. Every product page on this site carries full English instructions, and the key directions are repeated in Spanish at the bottom of each description.
Are these products FDA approved?
No. They are cosmetic and personal-care items, not medical devices or drugs. They have not been evaluated or cleared by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Products that carry this status are labelled on their page.
I have sensitive skin. Where do I start?
Start with the Neutral Lubricant with Hyaluronic Acid & Aloe. It has no fragrance, no flavour and no warming or tingling agent. Patch-test on your inner wrist first, and skip the electric range until you know how you react.
Can I return something I already opened?
Only if it arrived damaged, defective or incorrect — in which case we replace or refund it in full and you keep the item. Sealed, unopened products can be returned within 30 days for any reason.
How fast will it arrive?
Standard shipping is 3–5 business days, expedited is 1–2. Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET ship the same business day. Free standard shipping over $75.
Do I have to be 18?
Yes. This store sells intimate products and is strictly for adults 18 and over.
