This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Lust Vibration (lustvibration.com) collects when you visit or buy from this store, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Information we collect

Order information. Your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number and the contents of your order. Payment card details are entered directly into our payment provider's secure fields and are never stored by us.
Account information. If you create an account, the email address and password you choose, plus your saved addresses and order history.
Messages you send us. Anything you write in the contact form or by email or WhatsApp, so that we can reply.
Device information. Your browser type, IP address, time zone, the pages you view and how you arrived at the site, collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies.

Why we use it

To take and fulfil your order, arrange delivery, send order and shipping confirmations, handle returns and answer your questions. We also use aggregated device information to keep the site working, to detect fraud, and to understand which pages people find useful.

Who we share it with

Shopify, which hosts this store and processes orders on our behalf.
Payment providers, to take payment and to screen for fraud.
Shipping carriers, which receive the name and address needed to deliver your parcel.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where we are legally required to do so, for example in response to a lawful request from a public authority.

Discretion

Order confirmations, shipping notifications and anything printed on your parcel are written so that the contents of your order are not identifiable to anyone but you. Card statements show LV FULFILLMENT.

Cookies

This store uses cookies to keep your cart and session working, to remember preferences and to measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the store may then stop working.

Marketing email

We only send marketing email to people who have asked for it. Every one of those emails carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them to run the business and to meet tax and accounting obligations. After that they are deleted.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
