Sealed and unopened, within 30 days.
Because of what we sell, hygiene rules the return policy. We accept returns of any product that is unopened, unused and still in its original sealed packaging, within 30 days of delivery.
What we cannot take back
- Any product whose seal has been broken or whose packaging has been opened.
- Any product that has been used, even once.
- Items marked final sale.
This is not us being difficult — an opened intimate product cannot be resold or restocked by anyone, anywhere.
If something arrives damaged or wrong
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, and you will not need to return the item. This applies even if the product is opened.
How to start a return
- Email hello@lustvibration.com with your order number and what you would like to return.
- We reply within one business day with a prepaid return label.
- Send the sealed item back in any plain box.
- Your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the item arriving.
Return shipping is free for damaged, defective or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, $6.95 is deducted from the refund to cover the return label.
Devoluciones y reembolsos
Por razones de higiene, solo aceptamos devoluciones de productos sin abrir, sin usar y con el sello original intacto, dentro de los 30 días posteriores a la entrega. No podemos aceptar productos abiertos o usados.
Si tu pedido llega dañado, defectuoso o equivocado, escríbenos dentro de los 7 días con tu número de pedido y una foto: enviamos un reemplazo o reembolsamos el total, incluido el envío, sin necesidad de devolver el artículo.
Para iniciar una devolución escribe a hello@lustvibration.com. Respondemos en un día hábil con una etiqueta de devolución prepagada. El reembolso se procesa en 5 días hábiles desde la recepción del artículo.
