Every order ships in an unmarked outer box. There is no product imagery, no brand name and no description of contents anywhere on the outside. The return address reads LV Fulfillment.

Charges appear as LV FULFILLMENT. Nothing on your statement identifies what you bought.
Processing and delivery
- Processing: orders placed before 2:00 PM ET ship the same business day. Orders placed after that, or on a weekend, ship the next business day.
- Standard shipping (US): 3–5 business days.
- Expedited shipping (US): 1–2 business days.
- Free standard shipping on orders over $75.
Tracking
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created. The email subject line is neutral and does not name the store or the products.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States. Some intimate products are restricted in certain jurisdictions; if we cannot legally ship an item to your address we will contact you and refund that item in full.
