Shipping Policy

This policy applies to every order placed on lustvibration.com.

Discreet packaging

Every order ships in an unmarked outer box. There is no product imagery, no brand name and no description of the contents anywhere on the outside. The return address reads LV Fulfillment, and card statements show LV FULFILLMENT.

Processing time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET ship the same business day. Orders placed after that time, or on a weekend or public holiday, ship the next business day.

Delivery times and cost

Standard shipping (US): 3–5 business days.
Expedited shipping (US): 1–2 business days.
Free standard shipping on orders over $75.

Shipping rates and any applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the shipping label is created. The subject line of that email is neutral and does not name the store or the products.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. Some intimate products are restricted in certain jurisdictions. If we cannot lawfully ship an item to your address, we will contact you and refund that item in full.

Incorrect addresses, delays and lost parcels

Please check your shipping address at checkout — we cannot reroute a parcel once it has been dispatched. Once a parcel is with the carrier, delivery times are outside our control. If a tracked parcel has not moved for 7 business days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

Age requirement

This store is for adults aged 18 or over. We reserve the right to request proof of age before dispatch, and carriers may require a signature on delivery.
