These Terms & Conditions govern your use of lustvibration.com and any order you place through it. By using this site you agree to them.

By browsing the catalogue or placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that these products are legal to buy and receive where you live. We may request proof of age before dispatch and may cancel and refund any order we believe was placed by a minor.

Colours and packaging may vary slightly from the photographs, and manufacturers occasionally change packaging without notice. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars and may change at any time before you order. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of purchase through our payment provider.

Orders and availability

Your order is an offer to buy; it is accepted when we dispatch it. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if a price or description was obviously wrong, if we cannot lawfully ship to your address, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

The text, layout and original photography on this site belong to Lust Vibration or to Sen Intimo and may not be copied or reused without permission. Product names and logos belong to their respective owners.

Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that happens under it. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site for any unlawful purpose, do not attempt to interfere with it or with other users, and do not resell our products to anyone under 18.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or to this site is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
